Welcome to Take a Bow, where imagination knows no bounds and every session is a masterpiece in the making. Nestled in the heart of Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, our vibrant centre offer boundless opportunities for classes, activities, birthday parties and events for children of all ages.
Birthday Parties
We pride ourselves on our fantastic, varied range of birthday party packages that we offer here at Take A Bow. Our packages can cater to your every need, just relax and let our fantastic staff team take care of your party. We offer four set birthday party packages along with a further range of additional extras to vamp up your birthday party package! Face painting, princesses, superheroes, slides and bouncy castles, Take A Bow have it all!
Auditorium
Our largest area can accommodate events, functions, conferences or meetings. This area also features tiered theatre seating with a capacity of 194.
McManus Suite
Our newest area has scenic views from our floor to ceiling windows, and is also fully mirrored on one wall. This area also has its own dedicated toilet area.
Studio 1
Studio 1 is located on the Ground Floor. Ideal for hosting meetings, conferences and also a breakout space.
Studio 2
Located on the upper floor, Studio 2 has mirrors along one wall. Accommodating up to 50 people, this is an excellent facility.
Conference
Our Conference Room can host 20 people. A perfect space for team meetings, consultation events as well as being a breakout space if required.
Meeting Room
Our most intimate space, this room can accommodate up to 10 people for meetings, 1-1, focus groups or a breakout space. Floor to ceilingwindows give a lovely view.
Youth Hub
Home to our Youth Development Team, this area hosts all of our Youth Activity. This can be booked at all other times and is perfect for smaller activities.
Café / Bar
Our communal Café / Bar area is open to all users of the centre and members of the public. A bean to cup coffee machine is on it’s way to us to compliment your visit.
Booking with Take a Bow!
- Booking procedures will apply. Please complete a Booking Form and Terms and Conditions to confirm your booking.
- Bookings will be invoiced monthly.
- All of our areas have projection facilities, either with a large projector screen in our Auditorium. All other areas have a 70” Smart Screen, with our small meeting room having a 55” Smart Screen.
- Each area has a sound system.
- Catering can be ordered for any event.
